Return Window 

You have 7 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.

Order Changes or Cancellations 


We are unable to change, edit, or cancel an order after it has been placed. Our warehouse begins fulfilling orders immediately to ensure fast delivery. 


If a mistake was made during checkout, you may request a return once your order is delivered, provided it complies with this Return Policy. 


Pre-orders and out-of-stock items are handled according to our Terms of Service. 
Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must: 


      ● Be in the same condition as when you received it 
      ● Be unworn and unused 
      ● Have all original tags attached 
       ● Be in its original packaging 


Important: Please inspect your items for any damage before removing the tags. If tags are removed or tampered with, we will be unable to accept the return. 


For hygiene reasons, certain items may be inspected before a return is approved.

Return Fees 
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or 
incorrect. 
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. _____________________________________________________

Proof of Purchase 
You must include your email receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Damages and Issues.

Before removing any tags, please inspect your order upon arrival. 


If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. 

If you would like a different item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Rejected Returns 


If a returned item does not meet our return policy criteria — for example, if it has been 
damaged, worn, or fails our sanitary inspection — you will have two options: 


        ● Have the item sent back to you (you will be responsible for the shipping cost), or 
        ● Have us dispose of the item at no additional charge. 


We will notify you if your return is rejected so you can decide how to proceed. _____________________________________________________
Refunds

Please allow 3–9 business days for your return to be processed once received. 


Once inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. 


If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund. _____________________________________________________
