Section 6 - Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items After Purchase
Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you authorize FAROWLA to charge the full purchase price at the time of checkout in order to reserve the item.
Estimated shipping or availability dates for pre-orders are provided for reference only and may be subject to change due to manufacturing, supplier, or logistics factors.
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe, FAROWLA reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, FAROWLA will notify the customer via the email address provided at checkout.
Upon notification, the customer will have three (3) calendar days from the date the email is sent to select one of the following options. Request a full refund to the original payment method or Confirm that they wish to wait until the item is restocked.No Response Within Three (3) Days.If FAROWLA does not receive a response within three (3) calendar days, The order will automatically remain active and be placed on “Wait for Restock” status. FAROWLA will proceed with fulfillment once the item becomes available.
If the item is not restocked within a reasonable timeframe, the customer retains the right to request a refund in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

Restock dates are estimates only and may vary due to supplier, production, import, customs, or logistics factors beyond FAROWLA’s reasonable control.
Customer Communication & Email Responsibility
All order-related notifications and communications will be sent to the email address provided by the customer at checkout or registered in their account.
FAROWLA fulfills its notification obligation once the communication has been successfully sent to the email address provided. Customers are responsible for ensuring that Their email address is accurate and active .Their inbox (including spam/junk folders) is monitored. FAROWLA’s support email is not blocked or filtered. Failure to review communications does not invalidate the terms outlined in this agreement.
